About Liliana Guarino
Liliana Guarino first earned her law degree in Argentina in 1983. She then began practicing not only family law, but personal injury and criminal law as well. Liliana did extensive pro bono work at this time too, working through her church with underserved low-income families. In August of 2014, the Bar Association of Quilmes (Buenos Aires, Argentina) awarded her a medal of appreciation for her 30 years of practice of law.
In 2001 Liliana moved with her family to the United States. She enrolled in law school once again seeking to practice law here. She attended Nova Southeastern University and graduated with her Juris Doctor in 2007. She sat for and passed the Florida bar in May of 2008 and started her practice that same year. Although Liliana had experience with various types of law, she felt the call to help families going through difficult periods. Through her family law practice, she is able to do just that.
Liliana is a member of the Florida Bar, the Broward County Bar Association, and the Collaborative Family Law Professionals of South Florida http://www.collaborativefamilylawfl.com. She maintains her affiliation with the Colegio De Abogados De Quilmes, an association for practicing attorneys in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
